Real estate · Agra

Land is searched for by place. The site was built to be found by it.

Plot buyers search corridors and landmarks, not developer names. R³S needed a site that answered locality queries directly, published its inventory in a form search engines can read, and moved an interested buyer to WhatsApp in one tap.

The problem

What the build had to solve.

  • Buyers search by locality and highway, so the page had to target places rather than the brand.

  • Title clarity is the first objection in a plot purchase and had to be answered before contact.

  • Enquiries needed to reach the developer directly, without a form sitting in an unread inbox.

Architecture

How an enquiry moves through it.

  1. Be found

Locality and corridor terms are targeted explicitly, and an India-scoped language alternate keeps the page pointed at its actual market.

    • Locality targeting
    • hreflang en-IN
    • Search Console verification
  2. Answer

The five questions a plot buyer asks first — titles, price, location, distance, amenities — are published as structured questions rather than buried in prose.

    • FAQPage
    • 5 Q&A
  3. Publish inventory

The project is modelled as a product with a priced offer and availability, so listings are machine-readable rather than image text.

    • Product
    • Offer
    • RealEstateAgent
    • LocalBusiness
  4. Route

An interested buyer moves to WhatsApp in one tap, which is how this market transacts.

    • WhatsApp click-to-chat
    • Direct dial

Engineering decisions

The choices, and why they went that way.

The route bundle is split by concern, not shipped as one file

Charting and motion are the two heaviest dependencies in this build. Splitting them into their own chunks lets the browser cache them independently of application code, so a content change does not invalidate the vendor payload.

Verify: The document module-preloads four separate chunks — application, vendor, motion and charts — alongside a small runtime.

Inventory published as a priced Offer

A price rendered inside a hero image is invisible to every consumer that is not a human eye. Modelling the project as a Product with a currency-denominated Offer and an availability state makes the listing readable by search engines and assistants.

Verify: The JSON-LD graph contains a Product node whose offers carry priceCurrency, price and availability.

The entity is typed twice, deliberately

RealEstateAgent describes what the business does; LocalBusiness carries the address and opening hours that local search reads. Publishing both, with a shared address, satisfies both consumers without either claim being untrue.

Verify: The graph contains both a RealEstateAgent and a LocalBusiness node for the same organisation.

Search Console verified at build time

A property site lives or dies on local search. Shipping the verification token in the document means indexing coverage is observable from day one rather than after someone remembers to connect it.

Verify: A google-site-verification meta tag is present in the head.

Business outcome

What we can prove, and what we cannot.

Not publicly disclosed.

No business outcome has been measured against a stated method and confirmed with this client, so no figure is published. We would rather show you the system and let you judge it than print a number nobody verified.

Questions

About this project.

What did SheetFlow build for R³S Realty & Developers?
A property discovery website for plots and highway shops on the NH-19 corridor near Agra, built as a code-split React application. It publishes the developer, the project inventory as a priced offer, and the five questions plot buyers ask most as structured data, and routes enquiries to WhatsApp and direct dial. The site is live at r3s-realty-agra.vercel.app.
How was the R³S Realty site built to be found in local search?
Locality and corridor terms are targeted directly rather than the developer brand, an India-scoped language alternate keeps the page aimed at its market, the business is published as both a RealEstateAgent and a LocalBusiness with a full postal address and coordinates, inventory is modelled as a Product with a priced Offer, and the five most common buyer questions ship as a FAQPage.
What business results did the R³S Realty project produce?
Not publicly disclosed. SheetFlow publishes outcome figures only once they have been measured against a stated method and confirmed with the client in writing. No such measurement has been published for this project, so no figure is claimed.
